在我还没有尝试用这个膏状面膜的时候，姐姐就有提醒过我是会很痛，不过设很有效果~！今天我终于尝试过了！！！真的痛到要了我的命一样！很痛！比很痛还要痛！是超级痛！

在肤这个膏状面馍的时候，我是没想到弄到头发，眉毛后的后果。。一心只想和平时一样尽量少弄到头发就因该没问题了~结果，三十分钟后（或等到干完以后）就是一条头发，也能让你痛哭无泪，要生要死。尤其是耳朵边，眉毛四周~真的差点眼泪就飙出来了！！所以购买SHISEIDO膏状面膜的朋友们，再肤的时候一定要和头发及眉毛要有一定的距离！千万不要像我这样肤得满满的。。要不后果自负~！

如果是用shiseido white mask，个人认为你可以肤到颈项，这样颈项和脸都会有美白效果，就不会出现颜色不一啦。个人认为一包可以用两次，所以可以和姐姐，哥哥，男朋友，女朋友，妈妈或爸爸一起分享时候的成果以及一起分担痛苦的时刻~ 哈哈哈

不过的确，不用我再多说你也能看出以下不怎么雅观的照片里头所显示的效果！！他不但可以收缩毛孔，清洁黑头，粉刺，还连根拔起！就连脸上的纹路也都印出来！我很喜欢它连根拔起的效果！

建议用后请记得化妆水(Toner)，保湿产品。这样皮肤就会感觉很开心啦~清洁完毕，还能水铛铛~

总结：美是要付出代价，痛也是值得的。

其实脸部按摩有那么重要吗？

就是很重要！！

如果你觉得就这样把护肤保养品擦在脸上就能改善脸的问题那就错了~因为皮肤的底层根本没办法吸收保养品的精华。很多时候，皮肤产生的问题我们没办法看见，自己却会以为自己的皮肤好好，好像什么问题也没有。但其实问题却一摞摞的隐藏再底层。

那在这个时候利用按摩的方式就能将贵贵的保养产品彻底的打进皮肤深层。将，将要发起的痘痘，黑斑等等问题一起开启世界大战~甚至时间久了以后，皮肤也会更健康和活跃。想和肌肤老化现象，和下垂的脸蛋打招呼，那你就得多等几年啦。哈哈~

我是建议脸蛋的部位就从
1。下巴往耳朵的方向
2。嘴角往耳朵的方向
3。鼻翼往耳朵的方向
用双手往上推开~当然力度要适中，过于大力会让皮肤产生皱纹哦~
（1。2。3。顺次序重复做5次或以上）
*会有让脸蛋提升的作用哦~

眼睛的部分呢
-就用双手往内打转
（转10圈或以上）
-用拍打的方式在眼睛周围拍拍，或以弹钢琴的方式按摩
（要有一定的速度，不能太慢，切记力度要适中，不然会留下皱纹哦，拍打至少100下或以上）
*会有助于血液循环，消除水中

鼻子的部分哦，相信大部分的女生们都觉得只要照顾好眼睛和脸就够了，反而鼻子呢就没有理会。其实鼻翼两侧是可以用双手以转圈的方式按摩 。因为这样可以有足于让鼻子变挺的哦~同时可以软化鼻子里头顽固的黑头和粉刺呢！
（转圈要至少20次哦）

美容小贴士：黑眼圈的形成是因为长期睡眠不足所引起的。导致血液循环不良就留下黑黑一团在眼睛下方甚至眼皮上。如果今天你没有黑眼圈请保持你现况的生活作息。早睡早起。没有熬夜！要不然，一旦黑眼圈看上你，它就会不舍得离开你哦！
